Do you work with first-time buyers, or just experienced clients?

Both. About a third of our buyer transactions every year are first-time purchases. We slow down on financing, neighborhoods, and what closing actually looks like — no assumed knowledge.

Do you handle investment properties?

Yes — long-term rentals, BRRRRs, flips, and 1031 exchanges. We use the same Real Estate Deal Analyzer spreadsheet you can download free, and we’ll run the numbers cold before recommending any deal.

What does it cost to work with you?

For buyers: our compensation is generally paid by the seller’s listing brokerage, with the specific arrangement disclosed up front in writing. For sellers: standard listing percentages, transparent and negotiated before listing. No mystery, no upsells.
