Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads (guides, templates, and packages), all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Consulting Services

For paid consultations (Buyer Strategy Sessions): cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

Subscriptions

Terragrove Insider monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
