Terragrove Real Estate respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice including: signature of the copyright owner, identification of the work, identification of the infringing material and its URL, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. Send notices to legal@terragroverealestate.com with subject line DMCA Notice.

Counter-Notification

You may submit a counter-notification per 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3).
