Financing Setup

We introduce you to 2–3 lenders we trust. You compare rates and pick the best fit. A real pre-approval (not pre-qualification) gets us ready to make offers.

Neighborhood Orientation

We walk Dallas zones with you — online or in person. School districts, commute times, property tax overlays, flood maps. Real education, not brochure talking points.

Home Search

Curated listings based on what matters to you. You see what fits — not every listing in the MLS. We tour together at your pace.

Offer Strategy

When you find the right one, we write a strong, competitive offer. Comps, strategy, and terms get explained in plain English — never just handed to you to sign.

Inspection & Negotiation

We coordinate inspections (general, foundation, sewer, more) and negotiate repairs or credits. Structural defects get attention; cosmetic issues don’t waste leverage.

Closing & Beyond

Title review, walk-through, signing, keys. We’re at the closing table with you. And we stick around after — homestead exemption, tax protests, future questions.
